- Purcahses and Reservations using the Online Web Platform
1. All printed Travel Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Ten Tickets of the same type (One Way / Round Trip) gives you a free ticket of the said type.
4. Tickets are personal. However, another person can Travel on behalf of the original owner, upon presentation of a photocopy of the original owner’s ID card.
1. Cancelation of a paid reservation comes with a charge of 1,000 XAF per ticket
2. Reservation SMS from United Express are sent to the client phone only after confirmation of payments by our agents.
3. There is no tariff for children online since we cannot distinguish. Therefore, all tickets bought online will be considered as adult and the adult tariff applies.
4. Tickets sales online cost 8500frs for Single Trip and 15,500frs for round trip which means the charges for all tickets sales online is 500Frs be it Single trip or Round trip.
5. Clients who have done reservations should present themselves 45 minutes before boarding time for confirmation at the Guichet with their SMS for a ticket to be established, else the reservation will be annulled and they will take the next available departure.
6. The receipt or proof of payment for clients will be an SMS from UnitedXpress that will be sent to the client’s phone through the number that he/she fills when registering. But in case where he doesn’t receive the SMS our Agents will call back to give the code or send an email.
7. All payments must be made to these numbers +237 654 500 778 for MTN Mobile Money customers and #150*47*226750# for Orange Money Customers. Note before a client confirms payment, he should make sure that the name that appears on their phone as a receiver/ Beneficiary is KEN Technology Sarl.
8. A complete booking is effected when a transaction ID of the respective payment is sent to our systems using the SUMIT NOW button.
